White-faced Ibis at Old Cedar BridgePosted by Kirk Mona in: Birds
Old Cedar Bridge last week to see if the White-faced Ibis was still around. It was quite far out (probably 350 feet) but I did manage to snap this photo. You'll have to click on it and enlarge the photo to see the white on the face but all in all I was pretty happy with the view. There were greater and lesser yellowlegs, a Wilson's Snipe, Blue-winged and Green-winged teal, Northern Shoveler, Red-winged Blackbirds, Bald Eagles, Belted Kingfisher and more. It is a great spot to check out.
